What if Not Quite Terrestrial were to be made into a movie? That's what we were asking ourselves one day. So we cast all of our characters with really cool actors and actresses and began even to work on a small plot. So here's our movie.

The Plot: Based upon mainly the first story arc, though with a climatic battle in the end where at least one character dies. Some things will be changed to be made more realistic (I already know of one thing in the origin that's different in the novelization which would probably be used in this). Also, because we didn't want it to turn out like Starkid *shivers*, we decided for the movie, Sierra and her friends would be in college.

The Cast:

Playing Sierra Holt is Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy). We both agreed that she could play a wicked Sierra and Alien-Girl, giving us drama, action, and romance. Plus the fact that she's blond, would attract a crowd at the box office, and actually can act doesn't hurt either.
For Matt Smith, Sierra's long-time best-friend and love interest, we chose Jerry O'Connell (Sliders). If you know the media, you know that Sarah and Jerry are both dating and because of that we figured they'd be a really good romance team in a flick. Plus Jerry does look a bit like a older Matt.
Evil knows evil. For the part of Shawn Collins, the antagonist of the story, we chose Michael Douglas (The Game). Just look at him, he's one of the greatest villain actors of the decade. We have to use him! Besides, he'd give the movie a nice conspiracy theory feel.
For Cristy, our "top-secret" friend of Sierra, we chose Rachael Leigh Cook (She's All That). She's cute and has some good humor to go with her. Pretty much, she an act out Sierra's opposite to perfection.
S-409 would, like most monsters today, be computer-generated. We choose the folks at Industrial Light & Magic to create our monster. Just look at what they're doing for Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace!
